फेसबुकमा उनले पोष्ट गर्ने तस्बिर तथा स्ट्याटसमा अश्लिल कमेन्टको सास्ती त भोग्दै आएकी थिइन् नै, यसपटक भने ह्याकरले प्रोफाइल पिक्चरदेखि टाइमलाइनसम्म अश्लिल तस्बिर पोष्ट गर्न थालेको छ। त्यति मात्र होइन अरुलाई जथाभावी म्यासेज पठाउने, अनफ्रेन्ड तथा ब्लक गर्न थालेको रहेछ।

यसपछि उनी चाँडोभन्दा चाँडो आफ्नो फेसबुक एकाउन्ट ह्याकरबाट मुक्त होस् र ह्याकर पत्ता लगाएर कारबाही होस् भन्दै प्रहरीकोमा उजुरी गर्न पुगेको एसपी सहकुल थापाले सेतोपाटीलाई जानकारी गराए। श्रोत सेतो पाटि

काठमाडौं, २ भदौं । साझेदार दल नेपाली कांग्रेसले आइतबारभित्र मन्त्रीको सूची प्रधानमन्त्री प्रचण्डलाई बुझाउने भएको छ । पार्टीभित्रको भागबण्डा नमिल्दा रोकिएको मन्त्री छनोटलाई सहमतिका आधारमा अन्तिम रूप दिइ शनिबारसम्म बुझाउन सभापति शेरबहादुर देउवाले आन्तरिक गृहकार्य तिब्र पारेका छन् ।

कांग्रेसले शक्तिशाली भातृ संगठन नेविसंघ अधिवेशनलाई कारण देखाएर मन्त्री छनोट हुन नसकेको बताउँदै आएको छ । नेविसंघमा निर्वाचनबाट नयाँ नेतृत्व छनोट सुरू गरिसकेकाले सभापति देउवाले मन्त्रीहरूको सूची बनाउन लागेका हुन् । स्रोतका अनुसार कसलाई कुन मन्त्रालय दिन पनि देउवा मानसिक रूपमा तयार भइसकेका छन् ।

मन्त्री छनोटको सूचीमा परेकाले उनले फोन गरेर संकेत दिएको उनी निकट एक नेताले बताए । स्रोतका अनुसार पौडेल पक्षलाई चारदेखि पाँच मन्त्री दिने निष्कर्षमा उनी पुगेका छन् । पौडेल पक्षले कम्तिमा ५ मन्त्री पाउनुपर्ने माग राख्दै आएको छ ।

पौडेल पक्षबाट पठाइने नाम पनि लभगभ तयार भइसकेको छ । पौडेल पक्षबाट कोषाध्यक्ष सीतादेवि यादव, डा। शेखर कोइराला मन्त्री बनेर जाने निश्चित भइसकेको छ ।

स्रोतका अनुसार गृह नपाएपछि चिढिएका अर्जुननरसिंह केसीलाई शिक्षा मन्त्रालय दिएर फकाउने प्रयास भइरहेको छ ।

तर, केसी स्वंयले शिक्षा पाए मन्त्री बन्ने संकेत सभापति देउवालाई दिइसकेका छन् । सुरुमा माओवादी केन्द्रको भागमा परेको शिक्षा मन्त्रालय केसीकै कारण कांग्रेसले लिन खोजेको हो । केसीले शिक्षा रोजेका कारण सभापति देउवाले माओवादी मन्त्रीले सपथ ग्रहण गर्नु केहीबेरअघि प्रधानमन्त्री प्रचण्डलाई फोन गरेर शिक्षा कांग्रेसलाई राख्न आग्रह गरेका थिए ।

शिक्षाको ठाउँमा माओवादीले स्वास्थ्य मन्त्रालय पाउने भएको छ । सभापति देउवाले केसीलाई रक्षा मन्त्रालय दिने मानसिकता बनाएको भए पनि उनले अस्वीकार गरेका कारण सो मन्त्रालयको जिम्मेवारी अब बालकृष्ण खाँणलाई दिने तयारी भइरहेको छ । देउवाले यसको संकेत खाँणलाई दिइसकेका छन् ।

आफ्ना विश्वासपात्र खाँणलाई पहिलो चरणमै मन्त्री बनाउने उनको चाहना भए पनि पार्टीभित्रको विवादबढेपछि सफल भएको थिएन । यसैगरी, देउवाले कर्णालीबाट जीवन शाही, मधेसबाट फरमुल्लाह मन्सुर र जनजातिबाट भीष्म आङदम्बेलाई मन्त्री बनाउने सोच बनाएका छन् । ओखलढुंगाका सांसद रामहरि खतिवडालाई पनि राज्यमन्त्री बनाउने उनको योजना छ । आजको राजधानी दैनिकमा खबर छ

काठमाडौं, २ भदौ | आज जनै पूर्णिमा अर्थात रक्षाबन्धन मुलुक भरी मनाईदैछ । हिन्दू धर्मावलम्बीहरूको पवित्र पर्व जनै पूर्णिमा अर्थात ऋषितर्पणीका दिन आज नयाँ जनै धारण गर्नुका साथै रक्षा–बन्धन गरी धुमधामसँग मनाइँदैछ । श्रावण शुक्ल पूर्णिमाका अवसरमा तागाधारीहरूले आजका दिन बिहानै नजिकैको नदी, तलाउ तथा कुण्डमा स्नान गरी आफ्ना गुरुबाट मन्त्रिएको जनै धारण गर्ने गर्दछन् प्रत्येक वर्षको श्रावण शुक्ल पूर्णिमाका अवसरमा जनैपूर्णिमा पर्व मनाउने प्रचलन रहिआएको छ । यसै दिन आत्माको शुद्धीकरण र शरीरको रक्षाका लागि ब्राह्मण पुरोहितको हातबाट नाडीमा रक्षाबन्धन बाँध्ने प्रचलन रहेको नेपाल पञ्चाङ्ग निर्णयक समितिका अध्यक्ष प्रा डा रामचन्द्र गौतमले जानकारी गराए। शास्त्रीय मान्यताअनुसार विशेषगरी तागाधारी (ब्राह्मण, क्षेत्री, वैश्य) वर्गले वर्षदिन वेद पढ्नुपर्ने र त्यसको साङ्गे (समाप्ति)को दिनका रुपमा जनै पूर्णिमालाई लिइन्छ,” उनले भने –”यस दिन स्नान गरी सप्तऋषिसहित ब्रह्मा विष्णु महेश्वरको पूजा गरी जनै मन्तरेर त्यसलाई धारण गर्ने प्रचलन छ ।” तागाधारीले कश्यप, अत्रि, भारद्वाज, गौतम, जमदग्नि, विश्वामित्र र अरुन्धतीसहित सप्तऋषिलाई तर्पण दिने भएकाले जनैपूर्णिमालाई ऋषि तर्पणी पनि भन्ने गरिएको छ । यो दिन पाटनको कुम्भेश्वर, रसुवाको गोसाइँकुण्ड, नुवाकोटको देवीघाटलगायतका धार्मिक क्षेत्रमा ठूलो मेलासमेत लाग्ने गर्दछ । तराई क्षेत्रमा दिदी बहिनीले आफ्ना दाजुभाइको नाडीमा दीर्घायुनेवार समुदायमा भने यस पर्वलाई गुन्हु पुन्हीको नाममा बेग्लै रुपमा मनाईने गरिन्छ । जनैपुर्णिमामा मास, भटमास, मुङ, ठूलो केराउ, सानो केराउ, चना, सिमी, गुराँस र बोडी गरी नौ थरीका गेडागुडी मिसाएर बनाइएको क्वाँटी खाने चलन पनि छ । काठमाडौं उपत्यकाका नेवार समुदायले यो दिनलाई क्याटी पूर्णिमाका रुपमा मनाउने गर्छन् । ललितपुरको बुंगमतिको मच्छिन्द्र बहालबाट दिप प्रज्वलन गरि बुंगमति नगर परिक्रम गरिन्छ । कृषि प्रधान मुलुकमा अहिले खेतीपातीको काम सकिने तथा वर्षाभरको हिलोपानीमा चलेर गर्मीसर्दीले प्रभावित शरीरमा फेरि उर्जा ल्याउन टुसा आएको पौष्टिक तत्वयुक्त क्वाँटी खाने चलन बसेको हो । काठमाडौ उपत्यकाका किसानले आआफ्ना खेतमा गएर भ्यागुतालाई पूजा गरी भात खुवाउने चलन पनि छ

As many as 32 people were killed and 39 were injured in a bus accident in Birtadeurali VDC-9, Khaharekhola of Kavrepalanchowk district on Monday.An overloaded bus (Ba 2 Kha 106) en route to Kattike Deurali from Kathmandu skidded off the road and fell about 300 meters down on Monday afternoon. A bus filled with people travelling to their home villages in Nepal to receive the first government payments for victims of last year’s devastating earthquake slipped off a narrow mountain road on Monday, killing at least 33 people and injuring 28 others.The bus was heading to Kartike Deurali village, among the worst hit by the quake, which killed nearly 9,000 people in the country. The road, little more than a trail, was wide enough for only one vehicle to pass at a time and was slippery because of continuous rain.A Nepalese home ministry official, Chiranjivi Nepal, said 33 people were killed, but injured passengers and relatives said many more may have died because the wreckage was scattered along the slope below the road and some areas were inaccessible.

Most Beautiful place Rani Mahal is a Rana palace located in the banks of Kali Gandaki River in Palpa district of Nepal. This palace was constructed by General Khadga Shumsher JBR in 1893.
In 1887 General Khadga Samsher Rana was forced to drop his royal titles and was sent to Palpa-Gauda as the Western Commander in Chief of Nepal. At Palpa-Gauda in 1892 Khadga Shumsher’s beloved youngest wife Tej Kumari Devi died and within a year Khadga built a palace and named after his wife as Rani Mahal (Literary translates as Queens Palace). He also named the nearby forest as Rani Ban (Rani forest) along with naming the Ghats as Rani Ghat. In 1902, Khadga Samsher Rana along with his family fled from Nepal to India abandoning Rani Mahal which resulted in negligence of Rani mahal and eventually this palace structure started crumbling.
Current Status, Reconstruction & Restoration
As the Khadga Shumsher abandon the palace and fled to India, Rani Mahal was left behind without any proper owner or caretaker. The palace got out of concerned by both the government of Nepal as well as locals. Rani Mahal was largely turned into rubbles but by the end of 20th century. Very less visitors used to visit the palace those who have some peak concerns or interest on history of Nepal.
In present, Government of Nepal has started the reconstructions and restoration program to repaired and rebuild the palace into its original state. This will not only preserves the national historical properties, but also increases the possibilities of tourism in the area that results in various developments.
Currently, there is no motorable road to Rani Mahal. A foot trail from Kailashnagar near the Batasedanda, about 3 km from Tansen leads to Ranimahal. It takes about 3-4 hrs walk to reach Rani Mahal from Batasedanda.

PM urged the House Speaker to be mindful of the parliamentary tradition, practices and her own position’s decorum by prioritizing the budget related calendar, PM’s Press Coordinator, Chetan Adhikari, said. The parliamentary session has stalled following the registration of the motion of no confidence by the CPN (Maoist Centre) and Nepali Congress on July 13. The parliament was scheduled to deliberate on Finance Bill, 2073; the Bill on Mobilising Internal Loans, 2073 and Loan and Guarantee (21st Amendment) Bill, 2073 on the same day the motion was tabled. On the occasion, House Speaker Gharti told the PM that the discussion would take place from July 21. She also briefed the PM on her continuing consultations with various parties and concerned stakeholders on the subject and made assurance that the process would be dealt with on basis of consensus as far as possible. House Speaker Onsari Gharti today termed it as unfortunate for the country and people that the political parties were divided on formation of the new government rather than focusing on implementing the constitution. “The people want to see the parties united to implement the constitution, but they are divided over forming a government, it is not good that the parties who were united in establishing republican set up and making the new constitution are now divided,” she said. At an international seminar on vaccine organized by the Health Ministry, the House Speaker spoke of the division which emerged among the parties after registration of the no-confidence motion at the parliament and added it did not send a positive message. She also drew the attention of the government on procuring enough vaccines for the children in time and making Nepal fully vaccinated. Campaign for declaring country fully vaccinated On the occasion, Minister for Health, Ram Janam Chaudhary said the Ministry lending top priority to the vaccination programme and that it will increase the types of vaccines. The government is working on a campaign for administering enough necessary vaccines to the children and declaring Nepal fully vaccinated. Nepali national football team striker Bimal Gharti Magar has returned home from Belgium on Friday. According to All Nepal Football Association (ANFA), Bimal landed in Kathmandu at around 9 this morning. Legal experts have suggested that a new government be formed under Article 298 at a time when the Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has been ruling out the formation of a new government. Nepali Congress President Sher bahadhur Deuba and CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Puspa Kamal Dahal and other leaders of both the parties held discussions with legal experts over the formation of the new government. According to Surya Dhungel, a legal expert, a new government can be formed under the same Article 298, as the no confidence motion was filed against the current government formed under the same Article 298. Legal experts also suggested that there won't be any constitutional complexities to form a new government as there is a provision to form a new government under Article 298 and the Rule of 49 and 160 of the Legislature-ParlThe Oli government is already in minority after CPN (Maoist Center) withdrew their support to his government. But Prime Minister Oli has been saying that he would face no confidence of motion rather than resigning from the post. He can use his skin as a table, and be able to hold three pints of beer at the same time. Turner has achieved his own level of fame due to his health condition. Speaking of health conditions, sometimes they are self-inflicted. Take Stan Jones as an example. He was afraid that there would be no more antibiotics available after Y2K took place, so he started to make his own colloidal silver from home. However, the colloidal silver started to change his skin, and he is now a grey-blue color. Paul Karason took colloidal silver to cure his dermatitis and the same effect happened. Following are some effective and safe natural remedies for treating gastritis:

Ginger for Gastritis

Ginger: A small piece of ginger can be chewed some time before having meals. This stimulates digestion and also treats gastritis infection. About 120gm of ginger root taken four times every day for about eight weeks is helpful in eliminating bacteria and reducing recurrence of gastritis.

Tamarind: Tamarind water mixed with some asafoetida and cumin water should be taken as a drink is an effective natural remedy for gastritis.

Coconut water: Coconut water has a lot of minerals and compounds which are soothing for digestive system. It is very beneficial in removing toxic radicals from the body. It also helps maintain normal body temperature which assists in normalizing body digestive functions. Coconut water can be given to patient as frequently as possible in a day, for relief from gastritis.

Ajwain or carom seeds: Carom seed is a natural antacid. It reduces acidic reactions on the mucous membrane and relaxes stomach. Take a teaspoon of carom seeds with a little bit of salt for effective treatment of gastritis.

Fennel: Fennel helps in relaxing muscle lining in digestive tract. It expels gas and promotes secretion of bile, which helps in digestion of fats. Chew a handful of fennel seeds or make an infusion of it. Drink for relief from gastritis.

Liquorice: Liquorice has natural antioxidant properties which are helpful in treatment of gastritis.Add some liquorice root tea to a cup of hot water. Strain it after it has cooled. Drink up to thrice a day to naturally treat gastritis.

Rice: Rice gruel is helpful in forming gastric juice. People suffering from gastritis can take two bowls of rice daily for treating gastritis. In severe cases, take larger quantity of rice.

Potato: Take raw potato and extract juice from it. Drink half a cup of potato juice thrice daily fifteen minutes before meals. This is one of most effective natural remedies for gastritis.

Marigold: Marigold is an effective natural remedy for gastritis. Take one or two tablespoon of marigold extract 2-3 times a day. This will provide fast relief to patient. An infusion of herb, in doses of one tablespoon can be taken twice daily for better results.

Vegetable juice: Mix two hundred millimetre of spinach juice with about 100 ml of carrot juice and drink this for best results.

Sprague powder: Mix six parts of sprague powder with one part of black salt. Mix two grams of this powder in a cup of warm water and drink this once every morning for relief from gastritis.

Water: Drink lots of water at least 7-8 glasses a day. Water gets rid of body free radicals and harmful body toxins. This relaxes stomach and keeps body temperature cool and normal.

Lemon: Drink fruit juice to prevent and alleviate gastritis. Drink lemon juice with a pinch of salt to naturally cure gastritis

निकै समस्यामा हुनुहुन्छ । आफू सक्ने हुँदा ज्याला मजदुरी गरेर ल्याएको अन्न खान पाइन्छ । नसक्दा त त्यही पनि भोकै । जाजरकोट ढिमे–२ मालुमेला बस्ने रुपा विश्वकर्मा यस्तै पीडामा हुनुहुन्छ । रुपाको १५ वर्षको उमेरमा डोल्पा लहाका बुद्धिबहादुर नेपालीसँग बिहे भयो । तीन छोरी र एक छोरा जन्मिए । दुःखसुख गरेरै भए पनि परिवार जेनतेन चलिरहेको थियो । विवाह भएको सात वर्षमै श्रीमान्को ज्यान गयो ।


श्रीमान्को मृत्युपछि परिवारको आर्थिक अवस्था पनि निकै नाजुक हुँदै गयो । रुपालाई छाक टार्न पनि समस्या भएपछि रुपा चारजना लालाबाला लिएर माइतीघर जाजरकोट ढिमे आउनुभयो । यहाँ पनि उनलाई गाँस र बासको समस्याले छोडेन । माइतीको अवस्था पनि उस्तै । जग्गाजमिनको नाममा एक टुक्रो पाखोबारी मात्र । दैनिक ज्याला मजदुरी गरेर खाने । तैपनि छोरीलाई बस्ने ओत दिए माइतीले ।

“न त हातमा सीप छ, न काम गरौँ भने खेतबारी नै छ, म कसरी यी केटाकेटी पालौँ,” रुपाले दुःख प्रकट गर्नुभयो – “यी केटाकेटीको पढाइ खर्च कहाँबाट जुटाऊँ ।” रुपाले भन्नुभयो – “म त साह्रै समस्यामा परेँ । पढ्ने उमेरमा सानैमा बिहे भयो । बिहे गर्ने उमेरमा विधवा हुनु प¥यो । अब साथमा रहेका चारजना छोराछोरीको लालनपालन र पढाइलेखाइ कसरी गरुँ ?” उहाँका जेठी छोरी पार्वती ९ वर्ष, माइली छोरी चन्दा ८ वर्ष, कान्छी छोरी रेखा ४ वर्ष र छोरा अनिल ३ वर्षका भए ।

गाँउलेको गहुँ, मकै, धान गोड्ने, रोप्ने, काट्ने काम गर्दै २५ वर्षिया रुपाले केही जोहो गर्नुभएको छ । श्रीमान् बितेको तीन वर्ष भयो । “जिन्दगी अझै धेरै लामो छ कसरी बित्ने हो, केही थाहा छैन” – उहाँले भन्नुभयो । कसैले सीपमूलक तालिम दिएको भए र छोराछोरीलाई पढाउने व्यवस्था मिलाइदिएको भए आफ्ना लागि ठूलो राहत हुने उहाँले बताउनुभयो । “मीठोमसिनो खाने, राम्रा कपडा लगाउने त हाम्रा लागि सपना भए, दुई छाक गाँस र एकसरो शरीर ढाक्ने कपडाका लागि सङ्घर्ष गरिरहनु परेको छ” – रुपाले दुःख सुनाउँदै भन्नुभयो ।
